Every other dragon in the game gives you a percentage of your stats as a bonus. There's no reason why mountain dragon should be any different. Also it needs buffs in general. The armor and mr you get from this thing is almost nothing. The reward from killing this thing is not worth the risk at all.

Honestly, it should be part flat, part percentage. That way, both squishies and tanks would benefit from a mountain drake.
It already does? It gives 8% per mountain taken. Which is more than what infernal gives which is 5% per infernal taken.
You got it wrong. It already is percentage. If you are talking about the soul it works the same way as infernal/ocean soul.
