My assassin takes skill because "macro play"
As does literally every champion in this game. Sorry, you're still playing a brainless no skill champ. Nice try though.

I don't think anybody has individually singled out assassins for having empathsis on macroplay Who exactly are you quoting? Or are you just ranting and making stuff up?
The whole opposing team literally has to play around them.
That is the case with every single hyper carry in the game? Marksman, assassins, fiora, yi, darius, jax ect
The escapes are toxic.
Why does Zed's Q count more than once for electrocute?
Because he uses 3 abilities to proc it.
If anything I feel like ive heard that used for other classes ._.
i thought assassins were a bit over blown when people said they were completely braindead, then i played wukong last night and went 23/3 at 25 mins, actually just had to click maybe 2 spells and one shot anyone
comparing an outdated full point and click champ to all assassins in the game
imagine being that guy
Not sure why you're getting downvoted... wukong seriously has too easy of a kit that has a lot of burst. i would be fine if it was at least like jarvan in which you kind of feel like you got interactivity, but wukong literally just point and click dashes on you, autos, then resets with another undodgeable point and click... then if you're lucky enough to survive he just ults and ignites you... all of this from brush while being invisible.
Compared to most assassins that have to land a specific ability to start a combo, he kind of guarantees his rotation every time he is in range... which isn't hard since... y'know... invisibility.
Pyke is the only assassin that require skill to play, others are pure trash and braindead.
Honestly all he really takes is practice with the Q and E hitboxes, otherwise his entire kit is wait then snatch kills.
His W and E make him really hard to catch, unless of course he runs into CC where he is instantly blown up no matter what he builds due to how his passive works (but if he gets away he also gets a ton of his health back, also because of how his passive works).
His Q provides a solid pick tool, which is invaluable if you can land the thing (it's rather awkward due to the windup but I'm prolly just bad).
His all in kill combo is extremely easy to land though, you just push E, Q, auto them, ult if you need to, and they're dead. If not then you push W and run away, heal up a bit and get Duskblade back, then stab em some more.
I agree that his Q takes practice and some skill to land, but really he doesn't need much to kill people. Even if his scalings are rather meh and his base damages are rather high.
Personally though, in the camp that he needs some more tuning so he has more reason to build more damage.
Well, at least assassins take more skill than right-clicking ADCs.
I agree and laugh at adcs that claim Zed takes no skill because äll he does is press R and face roll and you die¨ It's not his fault you get marked then run in a straight line so you get hit by every skillshot ¯_(ツ)_/¯ and funniest part is, if they flash to the side and they have more than a couple of brain cells and hold their distance, they can easily beat him by just autoing while kiting back.
Getting downvoted by ADC mains.
Downvoting for pulling, "everyone who disagrees with me is just biased."
And hey, I'm not an ADC main, go figure.

Didn't ask for your life story.
What? All I did was disprove your crappy generalization.
think he means tanks :^)
Assassins are like 99% micro buddy
was*
Nowday they are 100-0 point & click under 0.1s
Even
who used to be a skilled champ no longer need to hit Q.

Yeah.... "used to be"
I had a game where a Zed ulted on to me, I dodged the double shuriken. He auto attacks with ignite
I still died horribly.
Skilled champ.
Like playing a mechanically-difficult champion actually changes anything.
Simple champs rely far more on macro exactly because they are simple. It's a double edged sword because they're easy to play (mechanically) but also means they have a simple predictable pattern. You can fuck up a lot more on mechanical champs in macro, because "l0l muh mechanics" 1v3 triple kill.
Simple champs stat check, if they can't win a fight, they won't win no matter what so they actually have to make sure they don't get into those fights in the first place.
Macro play is required for all levels of play, but BAD macro play punishes simple champs a lot more than they do for "hard" champs with overloaded kits.
My
takes skill because if I am just slightly out of position or use my ult at the wrong time or on the wrong target I die.
Well, someone likes to exaggerate things [slayer-jinx-unamused]
...if we're being honest, a real macro play champion would be
. He literally has nothing besides auto attack bonuses and movement speed.
Seeing an Udyr in this day and age is a rare thing though.
Lol I said this exact same thing in a thread disparaging tanks a week ago whenever someone brought up "but tanks benefit from macro play" and I got a ton of downvotes for it.
Enjoy your upvotes though, they're completely random and based on something orthogonal to logic and reasoning :)
I mean, the pre-rework assassins actually did require skill (except Leblanc. Q R dead). Talon specifically, was a champion who commited the second he picked a fight. There was no Killing and then spamming E. You hit E, attempted to kill your targets and any others who attempt to stop you, and either win and live or fail and die. As an assassin should be,
