Honest question, I look up my extended character stats in game and I see no difference in MP/5 as my mana drops. Is it working and just the table isn't showing it is, or is it not working?
I'd like to know because I really like this mastery and was excited for the utility tree changes as a support main.
PBnJelly3 votesIt doesn't give increased Mana Regen, although I can understand how people would think of it that way. It just gives you a little burst of mana (depending on how much you are missing) every 5 seconds, where Mana Regen is just a steady income of mana.

Considering it's worded the exact same way as the "mana font" passive of chalice/grail/crucible, I assumed it worked the same way.

It does. Mana font doesnt give you real regen on its passive, it gives you 2% of missing mana every 5 seconds. So at 1000 mana, all you get is 20 mana.
