riot please taric buff daily reminder

so that supposed buff that taric is getting this next patch is worthless i mean your lowering the mana cost to late q who cares so essentially now they want you to max q first now instead of the more proper thing is to max your stun. i mean riot come on, he needs a new ult as it stands right now his ult is ulsess because your allie do not get the full buff that taric gets they get 50% so whats the point those little stat gains mean nothing in team fights i mean sure if you rushed zekes harold i mean thats not so bad but still i think having a aoe stat debuff to the enemy would suffice to all stats that would make taric truly outragous on account it would go hand in hand with his W armor debuff, or a aoe knockup or knock back like janna would do well.but his stun needs to have a self movement speed buff because i find that would really help him in teamfights or setting up your adc for something.

please tell me your thougths his new supposed buff he is getting on his q is useless there is 0 point in it ohh man lowereing the mana cost when its maxed out who cares.
