Thoughts and Discussion: LeBlanc
General thoughts with LeBlanc:
~ Right now LeBlanc uses brute force to assassinate her target rather than through trickery and clever gameplay. A part to this problem is her mobility, and since she is a ranged champion, she can have the mobility removed and create new utility so she is less oppressive in lane and requires the tricks to poke out her lane opponent and try to kill her target later on in the game. ~ ~ Less lane oppression ~ ~ Remove her brute force ways ~ ~ Really emphasize and establish her gameplay about trickery and tricking her opponent and rewarded with a kill when executed well, this allows for real counter play and the feeling that you died because she outplayed you rather than dashing two screens away, landing an E and dying to the passive proc. ~ ~ Move LeBlanc into hard to play and master like what she was initially intended to be, she may not be at all the easiest champion right now, but she is a little too easy for how much power she has
~ LeBlanc should be fun and rewarding when you execute her trickery properly. She should equally feel like you died because you properly got outplayed rather than brute force jumping in. Again, she should be moved away from a mobile champion and use her range and new found utility to trick the opponent - this utility can be done through things like "clones" and stealth for example - if the opponent gets tricked they will take damage for one example, leaving room for fairness and giving the LeBlanc player that rewarding feeling for proper execution, especially with enough damage to kill the target.
EXAMPLE KIT TO TRY TO GIVE A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT I AM THINKING... NUMBERS DO NOT MEAN MUCH, JUST A VERY GENERAL IDEA!
Smoke and Mirrors (Passive): Max Reflected Bolt Range: 1200 units LeBlanc and all Mirror Images turn invisible for 0.5 second upon casting an ability, Mirror Images cannot take damage while invisible.
Upon casting an ability LeBlanc leaves behind a mirror for 0.25 second causing enemy projectiles to reflect off of it sending a magic bolt off in the direction of the source damaging the first enemy struck for 40[+5 per level] (+70%AP) magic damage.
Sigil of Malice (Q): Cooldown: 5 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 700 units LeBlanc blasts the target enemy with magic dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+30%AP) magic damage and marking it with Malice for 2.5 seconds. If targets inflicted with Malice and dealt damage by Mirror Image are dealt an additional 50/75/100/125/150(+60%AP) magic damage, consuming the Malice.
LeBlanc can target a Mirror Image with Sigil of Malice to detonate it dealing 25% increased damage of Mirror Image's damage in an area.
Mirror Imagine (W): Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: Global LeBlanc creates a Mirror Image of herself to the target location which lasts for the next 6/7/8/9/10 seconds. If a Mirror Image takes champion damage then they disappear and deal 80/120/160/200/240(+80%AP) magic damage to the attacker.
Mirror Images can only be damaged by champions, but will appear to take damage from other sources.
Ethereal Chains (E): Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds; Cost: 70 mana; Range: 1000 units LeBlanc and Mirror Images unleash a magical chain in the target direction latching onto the first enemy struck, dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+60%AP) magic damage one time.
LeBlanc's chain will snare her target for 1.5 seconds. Mirror Images' chains will pull them to their target.
Mimic (R): Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: Global / 550 units LeBlanc creates a Mimic of herself at her location or the location of a Mirror Image to provoke nearby enemies for 2 seconds forcing them to attack the closest target while nearby. Mimic cannot be attacked or take damage.
After 2 seconds the Mimic will explode dealing 150/250/350(+90%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies.
