Hello like-minded junglers abroad. Please rate the following if you would, I'd really appreciate it:

Please rate on a scale of 1-10 :).

Rengar:

Pick Potential: Carry Potential: Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): Clear Speeds: Dueling Capabilities: Ganks (Pre-6): Ganks (Post-6): Objective Control: Teamfighting Ability: Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in):

Nocturne:

Pick Potential: Carry Potential: Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): Clear Speeds: Dueling Capabilities: Ganks (Pre-6): Ganks (Post-6): Objective Control: Teamfighting Ability: Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in):

Thanks in advance, no post is too long. I'd love insight, because I go back and fourth between these two all of the time. I've considered all of these things (And more) but I'd like to hear from others. I usually go bruiser build, for what it's worth, really relative to the game.

Rengar:

Pick Potential: 9. This is what Rengar does. His entire kit is designed to be a 100-0 assassin. Carry Potential: 9. Rengar is one of the best snowball champions in the game. Used as a late game splitpusher, he can annihilate towers, ult for a pick, then go in for the next tower. Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): 5. You can carry almost every game, but you HAVE to know what you're doing. Be careful with your engages. Calculate. Clear Speeds: 3, 7 after 2+items. Rengar's first clear is sub-par. With damage, which should be all you build, he does kill things fast though. Get a vamp scepter for clear. Dueling Capabilities: 8. He doesn't beat everyone, but he deletes squishies Faster than just about any other champion. Triple Q hurts. Ganks: 7, 9 after level 6. Rango is a solid bush-lane ganker with his passive, but his ult gives him insane gank pressure. If your enemy isn't masterful with wards and you know what you're doing, they die, no contest. Objective Control: 3. You aren't sieging jack shit with Rengar. Your objective control revolves entirely around picks. If you can't pick, or if the enemy is grouped, you're useless near an enemy tower. Teamfighting Ability: 4. You can intimidate, and the enemy WILL focus you. and you will die. You can't do much until either a. You're absurdly fed, or b. You find a squishy alone. Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in): 4. You can play him tanky, or even AP for his W, but to be honest, only his AD build is competitively viable these days.

(Sorry, was Going to do noc earlier but I had to teach a swim lesson) Nocturne:

Pick Potential: 7. He has basically no engage tool without his ult, which is high CD, but man is that a nice engage tool. Carry Potential: 6. As an AD champ, he can annihilate. His ult gives him good split potential. He's a strong duelist at all points of the game, though he falls off a bit later. But, he's not going to have that opportunity in a lot of games. Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): 5. He's very consistent. He will consistently wreak havoc early through mid game, then consistently fall off late as the real carries emerge from top/bot lane. Clear Speeds: 7. He's an autoattacker with a couple passive steroids and some damage negation with his e. Jungle hurts him early, but with a little sustain he cuts it up and gets out no worse for wear. Dueling Capabilities: 6. You probably don't want to be alone against this guy...unless you're a better autoattacker (Tryndamere, Jax), or a burst mage with low cooldowns (...lebroken, mostly), or Zed, or rengar, or...he's not the best 1v1 if he doesn't control the engage. Ganks (Pre-6): 4. He can do some work if he gets close, but odds are they're just going to wait for your tether and then flash it. You could flash forward early and predict, but you still risk breaking the e tether. Ganks (Post-6): 9. You are going to get on top of them. You are not leaving unless they chain cc you. But, I still think his damsge output is a bit wonky and time-consuming, so. Objective Control: 6. You're scary. You can hit things hard and sustain well enough, so dragons and towers are easy prey. But youre also a melee autoattacker, which gives you very little siege power. Teamfighting Ability: 5. I hate doing teamfights with noc. He's not bad, he just has to spite kill the enemy carry or his team loses the fight. Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in): 6. He can go either tanky bruiser or AD pretty effectively. Both are a little weird, but workable.

Pick Potential: 8 Carry Potential:6 Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): 5 Clear Speeds: 4 Dueling Capabilities: 7 Ganks (Pre-6): 6 Ganks (Post-6): 8 Objective Control: depends on warding and ward coverage Teamfighting Ability: 7 Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in): 6

Nocturne:

Pick Potential: 7.5 Carry Potential:6 Consistency (Likelihood to maintain low deaths and frequently get ahead): id say about a 7 Clear Speeds: 7 Dueling Capabilities: 8 Ganks (Pre-6): 4 Ganks (Post-6): 7.5 Objective Control: depends on warding and ward coverage Teamfighting Ability: 8(ult is amazing in teamfights just for vision denial) Flexibility (In both build and the compositions they can be effectively played in): 7

i am by no means an ad assassin jungle main because i play just about everything personally id pick nocturne over rengar as rengars clear is really meh right now and its kinda hard to get ahead, while noc has a bit better clear and more sustain and arguably has better teamfight/dueling o personally id be more likely to choose noc over rengar, their carry potential is honestly hard to rate and they can both get ahead easily if played well however
