Riot about soraka post
Nowadays there is a very good amount of post talking about old/actual soraka and this post i've made is to show some of soraka trouble plus other think. Actually soraka isn't bad or a pick or ban. She isn't strong like Janna or Lulu as peeling / she dosn't get the Cc of nami and has not the same damage as bard or sona. Her aggro playstyle isn't good as other support and her defensive stat are counterable (graveous wound). Most player has asked to get her some better reward for her Q, some ask for a partial rework to her old kit (like me), other has ask for some QoL. Ahri will get a change because most player find her W unsatisfying, rengar because old kit was more fun, lb because it's not played as she should be. In my own opinion soraka is funny to see but not to play (her outplay skill isn't funny and very slow) and her interely kit is balanced around item effect (ardent censar effect + redemption active + %heal and shield). Playing her in aram is unsatisfying too (50% heal reduction) and her low damage/ap ratio improve the use of only support item. Now every class got a nice graveous wound item and healing class feel too easy to counter instead of shield (while most of em got a second effect on it like Janna Ad ratio or lulu passive when use E or double shield+dash of rakan or taric armor...) Old soraka heal got a armor effect (that help the adc on trade) while the actual one got a %hp reg (which cause the W heal nerfed) but the %hp reg+W heal get both countered by graveous wound while for counter armor you need at least 1300 g of item instead of only 800 g item and for counter completely soraka you need 2400 g (if i remember) than only 800 g of item. Clearly idk what soraka should get (like ahri they're in a good place) but even not support players are talking about her and asking for some change.
The answer is "Can we get as ahri test some different kit update/balancing for soraka?". I found really fun to see different version of ahri balancing for choose the best and we should get the same thing on soraka for test the funny to play and good rewarded version.
