I play a lot of Leblanc and I can't tell you how many times I blinked away from his leaping, thinking I was clever for outplaying him just to be one shot by his passive + duskblade.

its kinda like he's a feast or famine champ. you know, the kind of champ that's strong when ahead and useless when behind? unlike the constant whining and who can still be useful in a team fight after going 3-11 in laning phase.

Feast or famine champions aren't exactly healthy. they either completely dominate the enemy team, or are essentially useless to their team. Pretty much no matter how you slice it, feast or famine champions always ruin the game for most of the people in the game.

The reason why Riot lets some of these kinds of things go is because an official riot response stated that Tryndamere being feast/famine is a "good" thing or something like that.
