Aatrox was pretty shit. These changes might actually fix some of his problems. Your little offset cheese build on a barely played champion is hardly worth them keeping him in a shit state.
There is no point to that. He was designed to be a drain tank, not deal some retarded poke damage. The goal is to make him a viable champion to use, and that is by adding a base damage to it, not a retarded AP ratio.
