Had my first game with Kled! Sivir

Playing Singed Jungle, trolling as always. But I have a question, why does Kleds ultimate get to be 2-4 times better than Sivir's ultimate? Her ultimate, if I am not mistaken, was nerfed almost immediately after she became FOTM. Sivir is picked for teamfighting/waveclear/pushing- that is how I see Sivir being picked . . . she lacks several things because of those elements, for example- kit based penetration and dueling power as well as lacking the safety of a gapcloser; replaced with a shield shield.

So what gives, why does Kled get to have 1 possibly 2 gapclosers, his ultimate just blowing Sivir's out of the water and having dueling power plus tank stats with obscene base health plus a mount. Plus half of an extra kit, plus the passive to get tower agro off of him. If I knew more about him I would go on. Anybody know the answer?

I mean, their kits are different. As you said Sivir, is a high pick because of her high waveclear and ability to wreck the entire team in a teamfight. Kled is more of a duelist, as he doesn't have the AoE damage that she does. Their abilities as a whole determine their power level, not just one ability.

Even if we want to compare the ults in isolation (which is fairly meaningless), Kled's ult is not strictly better than Sivir's. The most obvious drawback is being unable to change direction. If you use it to go in, you're committed. Doesn't matter if two more enemies show up to gank you. Doesn't matter if your teammates are too slow to respond. Can't turn around until you reach your target

A movement speed buff is also just stronger on an ADC than pretty much any other class. ADC is all about positioning and kiting, which movement speed really helps with, letting you deal more damage safely.

Also, I doubt anyone is downvoting for Singed jungle. Most balance threads get downvoted.
