I can't decide which keystone is the better. Personally I find Thunderlord's Decree to be much more appealing, but if I take it, I have to take the flat penetration masteries, which on my opinion are much worse than the percentage masteries that the ferocity tree offers.

GodSword of Doom2 votesi play thunderlords on akali and its the only mastery that works affectively with her , without ut i usually run somewhere between 11 6 and 4 9 but with it i had a 22 0 game and a 13 0 game it allows such burst that the defender can heal or sustain fast enough , thunderlords decree is best for champs that spam abilities in a fast sucession but death fire is extremely powerful on champs like zed lux and pther poke before ripping them in half the percentage damage over time is overall bad on somone who needs to get in then out in a second.

the % pen would do you better against bruisers but iirc it ends up being a smaller amount vs the targets you really want to pick off. and it has worse synergy with void staff or whisper items
flat pen is also prob better for any assassin that wants to spike early.

Yeah but the problem is that it is such a small amount of flat penetration, I didn't made the calculations yet to know if the % penetration is better.
