Regarding Kled and his current state.

Ok. I'm gonna be honest. I want to main kled and I feel like as of the moment he's kinda weak. I want so much to play this furry little guy on a freaking dinosaur, but tbh he just FEELS weak. Take him top and you better pray to god you're not playing against a champ that isn't either A: a better duelist than you or B: something that outranges you. His early game feels super weak and gated due to his low base damages and decently high CDs on Q/W/ And then if you lose skarl you're effectively forced to back, as you effectively are not a champion anymore, as not only do you lose access to 1/2 your kit, your Q now has an absurd reload time, on top of very meh damage.

Idk. Maybe I'm just a scrub and he's actually in a decent state. Thoughts?
