I just played against a quinn top rushing this thing and it was disgusting. Decent AD with lifesteal and massive attack speed buffs make this item a must buy for any ranged top laner.
Can't wait for top to become vayne's main role.

You pretty much summed it up. I can feel for you so bad. Quinn with rushed Sanguine blade is disgusting. On top of having adventage of the range.
Since they released into for this item, i've been dreading the state of the game. With Rengar getting a huge fucking buff with his ability to destroy people due to new map changes AND a new item which helps him. And of course, ranged champs in toplane getting this insane boost to power.
Yeah the moment i saw Sanguine blade I knew it would be a go to buy for 
as a ranged top main: it's really only good on lethality champs. Crit champs don't get a lot from it, and most marksmen are best as sustain damage team fighters so like.... it's not all that good
