Akali [REMINDER: Akali currently has a smaller scope rework on the PBE as part of the assassin update.] [changelist for 10/28 from ricklessabandon.] Twin Disciplines (Passive) - damage and ratios changed. First Strike: Heal: 5-60 from 10-130 AP Ratio - Increased to 30% from 0% Bonus AD Ratio - Decreased to 60% from 70% Second Strike: Damage: 10-100 from 14-70 AP Ratio: (unchanged - still 50%) Bonus AD Ratio: Increased to 50% Cooldown values adjusted - cools down faster. NEW: 8, 7 at level 3, 6 at level 5, 5 at level 7, 4 at level 9 OLD: 8, 7 at level 5, 6 at level 9, 5 at level 13, and 4 at 17

Twilight Shroud (W) cover of smoke now lasts 8 seconds at all ranks from 4/5/6/7/8

major damage buffs, Again has scaling with some damage scaling with attack damage, Tank akali nerfs, and hopefully something to settle us even if its exactly what we want until the full rework

Not sure why you had to call it bitching.

But we still have a long way to go. Overall this is still a heavy nerf.

akalai didnt needto e chnaged before the asaasin update she was fine where she was se could kill suwishys but die when misplayed like every other assassin

Sorry to inform you of this buddy, but tank Akali benefits from these changes. When people say tank Akali it's a bit disingenuous, 'tank' Akali builds a single damage item into tank, in most cases currently this is Gunblade, on the PBE there's an argument for Duskblade.

If you have just a Gunblade on Akali you lose out slightly on the heal, but you gain damage on the second hit when accounting for Fervour, which is going to be common on tank Akali after these changes. Duskblade is more extreme in both cases, but the damage gets very high when you account for the fact that you're likely to slot an Edge of Night somewhere into your build and once again Fervour.

Tank Akali is likely to have more AD than assassin Akali with the way the new masteries and items are going. The AD buff to the second half of her passive outweighs the nerf to the first portion drastically. Tank Akali is improved by these changes, less so than assassin, but it was already better so it's likely that it is still better. I'd expect the best build on Akali after these changes to be something like Duskblade>GA,Sunfire and Edge of Night>SV/GB
