Where are the reworks?

Riot, you talk about reworking so many champs (And some just need reworks but go ignored), and you don't do it. Why? Where's the Irelia rework I've heard rumors about? More urgently, where's the Yorick rework? Where's the Galio rework that he's been needing for 2 years now? When can you revert or re-rework Mordekaiser? I don't care about a new champ or Ryze getting his 15th rework, I'd prefer if a champ that is in NEED of a rework got one. Galio had a core item, item 3174, and it was reworked to become more of a support item, making him even worse as a mid laner and better as a support, but he's not played support.

You think "rework" is just one red button that they press?

No, I think it's a process that we can test in that testing server we have, you know, the PBE? Where changes can be deleted/changed if they don't work?

First they actually need to design it. Think of concept, kit , lore. Then comes visual stuff, redesigning all skins, balancing. It takes months. If Galio is up for rework its probably gonna be sometime late 2017 early 2018. As for Yorick, they said his rework will be before next new champ gets released. And since champs get released roughly every 3 months, yorick will probably be released around October.

There are different departments for each of those, cutting time drastically. Also, not all reworks change every skill. And why has Ryze gotten 3 reworks while other champs sit to rot? Galio rework would only need to change 2 things; his Q and either E or R. He's not in drastic need of a visual rework, as he fits his idea of a stone statue just fine. Maybe change the colors of his hands. His lore is fine too.

It's much easier (and quicker) to to do small scope changes locally for fast iterations. They can't put 10 different iterations of a change in a day on PBE.

I understand that, but the last rework we had was for Ryze, a champ who already had 2 reworks.

Nope. I think it's two big red buttons. The tricky part is they need to be pressed at the same time.
