ER adjustments

ESSENCE REAVER 75 AD 7.5% cdr 15% LS

75 Dmg price point is a good compromise to give it more sustain while also keeping it a high source of physical damage + budget price point . it'll also have the same dmg point as hydra if thats of any significance. going with 7.5 cdr to make room for extra lifesteal. (no need to be ocd about having to have cdr end in 5 or 10) if its make any difference this keeps a theme going all stats end in 5. 2 points in mastery helps round it out.

i think improvements/balance > being pesky about numbers.

If need be perhaps the extra 5% lifesteal it won't be stackable with BT however. This does not mean it'll be bad with bt. its a bit like getting triforce and black cleaver. phage passive dont stack, but still good combo.

Oh and lastly give it a better build path so mana thirsty champs can actually use when they need it most, early/mid game.
