@ Meddler, care to shed some light on Sion's base stats and the vangaurd item update

Since defensive items are going to receive work and i have seen many post and people talking about tanks receiving better base stats and synergy with these items

Please don't forget about here he has some of the worst base stats in the game.

I already understand there won't be much work on his kit which is good since he is fine the way he is, but he might need some extra attention when it comes to base stats when you guys at Riot do a pass on those.

Also will you do a small change, making the reduced damage vs minions/monsters on his Q decimating smash go away with levels to make his farming a bit more forgiving vs the scaling monsters and minions in the later stages of the game since farm is extra important for Sion to get access to extra hp

Well he's got a genuinely good reason to have low base stats though. It's called infinite health stacking.

Nah I see where you're coming from. I'm just salty that someone like Sion gets away with low base stats because he gets compensated elsewhere in his kit meanwhile Mord and Aatrox (who has been screwed over, promised to be fixed, screwed over again, forgotten about, screwed over again, forgotten about again, etc etc) are boned by their own kits with pretty much no compensation.

Nah I see where you're coming from. Morde has poor base stats because his kit is disgustingly powerful even without them.

Aatrox was intentionally gutter'd though because he was a mistake that never should have seen the light of day.

Aatrox's kit is just a mess of terrible compensations for terribly priced abilities. He doesn't even match his lore that literally leaves 99% of things up to your imagination. He is the definition of wasted potential and Riot has refused to even touch him :/

Mordekaiser...well ya. He has terrible base stats (especially compared to other juggernauts) because his kit is so damn frontloaded with damage

Sion is actually pretty balanced and his low base stats are compensated pretty well, but he definitely should be kept in mind when doing the class update.
