Tons of other champs especially bruisers and juggernauts do 100000x more damage and only need 1-2 damage items to do it. Its actually funny people whine about the damage champs like zed, who rely on skillshots, do while braindead shit like garen just presses q and r and does more damage with just a black cleaver.
I agree with your post, I just don't understand role of "Juggernauts" why they can deal shittons damage and tank as much damage as tanks.

Presses R ,misses everything ,ignite+1AA+electrocute boom dead...yep totally relyes on skillshots.
Assassins are inherently one of the most frustrating classes to play against when they are succeeding. It's not just Boards, it's people, and Riot is well aware of the bias.
It's bias towards whatever the FotM thing is to hate.
