Part of the beggining tutorial should be an unwinnable lane, heres why

I've been leveling an new account after some unfortunate bans and it scares me how easy bots and the tutorial are to stomp. One of the most important things to know if you want to climb and not be an ass to your team is how to lose lane without inting your face off. Smurfing in low elo its almost shocking how different losing lane is vs high elo. People in gold and below lose lane and die 10 times, in higher elo they lose lane with 2-3 deaths and a cs defecit. Climbing in game you will inevitably end up in a lane you simply cant win be it a bad matchup or jungle shenanigans and knowing how to take a controlled loss that your team can recover from is super important. New players need to learn how to sacrifice cs/xp in order to not feed. A game where you lose lane dying twice and being 30 cs down is far easier to win for your team than a game where you keep trading and trying to cs while behind and feeding 8 kills to an irelia or some other bullshit champ.

Well... But what is unwinnable lane? How you gonna do that? Put them solo vs two lvl 100 doom bots?

This concept is far above what a person who has literally never played a PC game needs to know. The tutorial is largely for the absolute most basic mechanics, not any kind of strategy, even something as basic as "die less". I agree that it's something players should learn. I disagree it should be part of the new player experience, if that makes sense.

Actually, even a game mode that is "how long can you last against an impossible-to-beat opponent would be really fun. But yes, this is very important.

Actually, just an explanation of what is better for your team would help, since other players are remarkably unhelpful once you get in game against real people. They just ping random things at you even though you're obviously clueless because you just learned how to play. Just a simple list of priorities would be good, like not dying is more helpful than winning. You will still die under the turret if you're terrible. Why you should care about last hitting. What all of the abbreviations mean. Various pings your teammates might give you and what they mean. How to ping. When to ping. What to do for different pings. I literally don't know if I'm supposed to be running away or towards different pings, or at least I didn't when I started, and that could easily be in the tutorial. Even an optional tutorial would be nice.

Actually, the feeding 10 death occurs until around d3, despite it being the top 1% in d5+ people are still heavily lacking the ability to come back from a losing lane and don't understand safety.

Tutorial should have a section that has the player survive against a fed lane opponent, but the bots on the player's team (say bot and top) are also fed as hell and completely stomp the enemy bots.

Not even Starfleet Academy tosses fresh cadets into Kobayashi Maru before they've even unpacked their stuff.

There is a rotating game mode, where you have 2 teams, one perma defending, one perma pushing. the team that lasted longest defending against the other won. something similar could probably be done. "survive x minutes"

I agree, there should be a mode where a bot both oneshots your minion waves and deals 15% of your HP true damage every time you take a CS while another, allied bot is travelling around the map aimlessly. That should prepare anyone for SoloQ.

It doesn't seem possible to actually implement. How would the lane be unwinnable?
