I honestly think riot owes the community an apology for zoe

Its been far to long and this champ is still far too broken its honestly pathetic. She was put into the game, was busted, and riot nerfed everything but the stuff that made her busted. She can still miss everything and kill you, her e and q are still on too low of a CD, her w still doesn't have a CD, her w passive still exists. Its pathetic. Like are yall serving lead paint chips in the balance team office or what?

Honestly at this point if I could choose between banning all the racist, homophobic, toxic inters and banning everyone who plays zoe I'd choose to ban the Zoe players because they make the game worse than the 12 year old dropping the n word 600 times in a game. You cant even ensure shes perma banned because of how much other broken shit is in the game right now so literally her only counterplay is to dodge the game.
