I suppose that some supports could take Health Regen Quints to make up for a lack of potions, but that has its own issues.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesWhen I referred to level 1 skirmishes, I was referring to the fights which occurred before minions spawn. You couldn't be missing anything in lane and if you backed early enough, you would even be in time to leash your jungler.
Obviously, I was joking anyways.
