Tell me something new. She has always been this way because Riot doens't know or refuses to meaningfully nerf her or give her a small scope rework. Instead they bring out new items like

Coin buffs were double down on way too long. That's what sent her over the edge. Low key brought Sona with her if I'm being honest. Nerf coin.
Even then, her play is way too good for how simple and safe she is. Non-interactive champ just wins by virtue of her kit. It needs to be dealt with either way.
