"Noob Jungle no ganks"
Actually, I can't gank because your lane opponent is warding and backs off when I'm coming. You, on the other hand, are not. Which is why you are 0/3 at 10 minutes.

That reminds me of something i saw in another thread about dumb things your teammates have said.
0/7
:"GG this shaco never ganks"
18/2
: "WTF"
Noob Jungler, no ganks.
Oh you want no Ganks? Check.
For real. I don't understand the logic. Like telling somebody that is so gonna help you get ganks? It's like when adcs trash talk their supports. It's like "Do you want help? I can go help somebody else."
Don't even worry about teammates that are behind. Focus on snowballing teammates that are ahead
"Noob Jungle no ganks!" Minions have spawned
the worst part is
by then they usually are 0/4 already
honestly this has some merit.
but the jungler is wrong about 70% of the time.
not trying to be offensive, but there are alternate routes and baits you can pull off, but they do require you to be there and not heading from golems to gromp as the only thing left for you to clear at this point because you spend 100% of your time in the jungle and nothing in the river or brush.
if your laner is 0/3 why dont you buy a pink ward and put it down for him, why dont you clear the ward and hide in the brush(trinket or chicken smite), wait 20s for the mid laner to come back and create an easy 2v1 burn a flash or hes dead moment?
oh right "im a jungler its not my job to ward your lane for you," "im the jungler my camps are my farm thats where I should be"
yet most junglers dont understand the core concept of jungling, its so you can roam the map more freely than your laners and create team advantages by
and others.
** DO NOT ** claim to be one of these " im master yi/diana/warwick I cant gank until im level 6" when in reality any enemy champ up on your turret is freelo baby.
the most stressed example i can give is this.
just by farm, you take any jungle camps you can muster, yours or enemies, and I only farm minions from 1 lane. the laner has 5/5ths gold, you have 3/5ths what he has
that is all the explanation I have to give to explain you are not a powerhouse, you are not the carry, it is your duty to do other things than farm jungle camps on the map. you can argue helping other lanes, or you showing up wont make a difference, but do not spend 100% time farming.
if you feed the enemy laner, they can 2v1 or escape the gank with minimal resources lost. It is your duty to farm, not feed and play defensively if behind. It is NOT the jungler's duty to save your lane.
However it is the jungler's duty to apply map pressure. Saying they're excused from this is stupid.
you can't help every lane. you have to prioritize. and no amount of jungle pressure stops squishy carries from going melee mode and throwing games anyhow.
But there are yimes when it goes beyond just helping a lane and becomes comon sense. Like if your on a buff and your nearby ally is about to get clearly get jumped under tower. You def should try and help them if it isn't a 1 hit on tower left lost cause kinda deal.
you are half HP on blue buff level 3 on blue side, your red is 4/5 expired, while enemy jungler ganks top at halfway point in lane with full red and half HP. Do you go and feed the double?
I don't even get why this is debatable. Most junglers have the knowledge to know when a lane is a lost cause. Every laner thinks their lane is going to carry. It happens to everyone. But the #1 skill that distinguishes low elo from medium and high elo, is recognizing when all you need to do is sit back, farm and not feed, vs. when you actually need to make a play. That distinguishes someone giving up FB, going 0-1, and coming back, vs. someone giving up FB, trying to "outplay" their "lucky" opponent and going 0-5.
This guy right here 100% gets it. I know that I will get flamed for this philosophy, but as a jungle main, if one of my lanes dies twice before i can make it up there or see a window, I abandon them, because more often than not, that person now has free reign of the surrounding area for ward coverage, and if they see i am ganking, if he can't 2v1, then almost always their jungler is up there to ensure a double kill, after the first death, it is reversable, anything more, you need to relax and farm it out until we can group.
You still should give them a shot and a gank, chances are they have an ace they can pull and the reason why they're dying is because they're waiting to use it. Don't abandon them, that is a fast way to tilt a laner... GO HELP THEM!
Not really, I mean, sometimes I do depending on the champion, or if they can manage 3 minutes without dying, then I might consider it. But usually ganking a losing lane is a bad use of resources because it requires much more to kill them.
if your laner is 0/3 why dont you buy a pink ward and put it down for him, why dont you clear the ward and hide in the brush(trinket or chicken smite), wait 20s for the mid laner to come back and create an easy 2v1 burn a flash or hes dead moment?
Hold up... Me buy a pink ward? So seriously, I'd miss a gank opportunity in a lane where my lanemate needs to gain his power back, and expect that ward to stay alive while I'm gone? I have a better chance of placing a free ward there and seeing the ward being placed, and avoid the situation for greener pastures altogether.
Also, Mid lane? That shortest, hardest gank to close in the game, championed by champions like Viktor (AoE protective stun, especially against melee junglers... or all junglers), Leblanc, Azir (mobility), Yasuo (temporarily immune to CC projectiles), and some of the fiercest ranged CC in the game? No wonder you're salty. You're probably still playing some shrimpy mid with no protection, or simply can't use the protection within your kit for some reason. Safest lane from ganks by far. Even a perfect approach on a wardless flank is rarely a win, most of which turn into a countergank and dead allied laner because 4 of the 6 jungle camps are always in pretty close range.
It should also be noted that junglers have exactly zero stats in lane until 1200+ gold into their builds, with the questionable benefit from Chilling Smite being your only contribution outside your normal kit. Get boots, you have the speed you need, but still lack any other stats until 1500+ gold. Meanwhile, every laner generally has a Doran's item, boots, and probably some protection against your allied laner's primary damage type as well, on top of their extreme flightiness and utility.
If you are seeing such amazing opportunities for ganks, my money says that you're simply not adapting to the safest lane in the game, which doesn't need much at all to be untouchable by the jungler.
This is my problem with people
"report our jungle enemy jungle 5 gank our no gank" Well if you warded and weren't so mean I MIGHT gank for you. If you are 0/0, I will gank. If you are 0/3, I will not gank because I cannot carry you back up. If you are 3/0 I might gank if you are nice and butter me up. I also cannot gank if I am taking the blue on right side and you are in top lane. Please, just stop being an idiot and I might gank
I've had an allied Twisted Fate say the same to me when he was 0/9 at ~20 minutes into the game against a Fizz.
I was about 15/3 as Xin Zhao at that point, having killed the enemy jungler multiple times in their own jungle and stealing his buffs while continually ganking top and bottom lane.
It was glorious when the rest of my team supported me and told him to stop talking.
Get the other lanes ahead, help destroy their turret, and then assist the losing lane.
And you can bank, just get the chicken, clear a ward, clear a camp near by, then go in. It's a simple double back that works a lot
are your friends, btw
Did you know, ward's don't slow you. So maybe if the enemy is so overextended or the lane who wants a gank can force the opponent to have to fight because backing off isn't an option, you can still gank. I'm just saying, it works that way, unless the enemy is teemo in which both you and said lane need to get a red trinket ASAP.
You and I both know that the person complaining "no ganks" ALWAYS has their lane pushed.
"I'm getting camped!!!! I'm only 0/2 with no flash and have my lane pushed! Our jungle sucks!"
Not always true. I've been trapped under towers by caitlyn's traps before. At which point both the ADC and I POLITELY (seriously we were) asked for assistance. Non came and enemy caitlyn proceded to 2 shot everyone the rest of the game. This was followed by a "Who fed Cait!?" From the jungle. To which I responded " Honestly? You did man."
sometimes the jungler doesnt belive he can make it a better situation right now he might need more farm or need the mid lane to roam
ganks are not the junglers job their the teams job
But in a scenario early game where the enemy is horribly over extended but bot lane isn't in a good position/ have the right champ pairing to punish them for it the jungler should make an effort to help punish that over extension. If you don't think you can help teams in this scenario maybe people should start playing jungles that can. I know at low elo most jungles think it is their job to only farm and try to hyper carry ( a whole lotta yi jungles when that doesnt help team comp) only to actually handicap a team that needed more pressure and utility providing jungles. I've seen too many pointless Udyrs, Yi's, Kha, etc type jungles that have a rough start or something and turn the game into a 4v5 for 20+minutes.
if 6-0 vayne bot 3-0 vayne is raping bot lane while my bot lane sits there at half / 30% hp and im not massivly ahead i shouldnt be ganking
theres often lanes that get shit on the entire time and expect the jungler to be there the entire time thats just not possible
if you picked tryndamere into teemo top lane thats your fault you cant expect me to constantly be there
ps i play shaco mainly and i know ganking can do allot but jungling is allot more than just gank gank gank gank
True but... if bot lane is pushed all the way up under tower then you could at least show your face just to get the Cait to back off and give your bot some breathing room. Sometimes a successful gank doesn't have to end in a kill or even blowing their summoners. Just giving your laner some breathing room is always good, especially when they are pushed up under turret. I've been on both sides of this, the ones pushed up under turret and the jungler.
All it took was my jungler showing up and getting off a few skill shots to give me as Twitch enough room to move around and get some CS. We came back hard and won the game. It doesn't ALWAYS go that well but still it's nice to just pop by now and then.
there are litteretly situations where the enemy team wil be able to kil al 3 of us showing my face there might take some presure away from the losing lane but since they are able to kil al 3 of us they arent going to stop pushing by me showing my face
what is going to happen is the enemy jungler is going to see me bot lane without my buf and take mine while shitin al over my top or mid lane wich where not losing but going even and did had a chance of getting me my win
wich means now al my lanes are losing and i cant go and aply presure annywhere cause annywhere i go i wil probertly feed
while if i go kil the enemy jungler in his jungle cause i know where hes doing his buff clear my jungle to not fal behind, watch mid and top carefully to see if they overextend and get fed, maybe i can get mid lane ahead enough to actualy deal with super fed addc bot lane
English isn't your first language is it? What you wrote was a little confusing but I'm pretty sure I got the jist of it.
That being said, I wasn't talking about every situation I was talking about the one ZLUMPY stated. In that case you should be showing up to take pressure off that lane. I play jungle, I know, it's hard, you have a lot to juggle and sometimes you aren't sure what would be best. However in this instance showing up to take pressure off that lane to give them some room to move around isn't a bad call.
I'm not saying it's the best idea in every situation, because it isn't, but in this one it seems like a pretty reasonable plan.
As well I think you are blowing it out of proportion, one instance of you losing a buff or dying isn't going to cause the other two lanes to lose drastically all of a sudden? Showing up bot, just to let it be known that you are around, isn't going to cost you your buff bot side unless you personally really mess up and get yourself killed. While I can agree that you want to try and help the lanes that are going even get ahead, I also feel it's a good idea to help the lane that is struggling a bit out unless they are just a hopelessly lost cause. Which I didn't feel was the case here, especially depending on the lane matchup. Twitch, Kog, Jinx these are really amazing later game carries, but they struggle a bit early especially against the abuse a Cait, Lucian, or Ashe could deal out. In this instance it would be in your best interest to pop up bottom, especially with a Soraka in that lane as well. I don't know all the details of the matchup obviously but you get my point.
Again I do think you are blowing it a bit out of proportion. It would have to be a lot of bad calls in a row for you simply showing up bot side to cost you the entire game. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but it does seem a bit extreme.
1 buff not but 1 dead maybe yes if the game is already losing
when im playing jg and a lane proven to be absolute shit i much rather invest my time into other lanes than sitting around waiting for a moment to help them out
because waiting means losing time and xp wich means losing in the jungle
ofcourse keep in mind a losing lane is not always a total shit lane a total shit lane is for example enemy picks heimi got eve and your laner decite to pick yasuo into heim
not being able to deal with his turrets himself not being able to get a single farm asks you for help if you go out there and help heimi gets the double
i much rather go top lane to see if i can get garen top lane carry this shit cause yas wont be doing it
sometimes the jungler doesnt belive he can make it a better situation right now he might need more farm or need the mid lane to roam
ganks are not the junglers job their the teams job
A jg job is to apply pressure where assistance is needed and/or doing objectives like baron and dragon or even help push towers. So yes ganking is your job. Just like its OUR job to come assist you if you get Counter jungled. If other laners are free, then yes they also do gank, but it isn't THEIR jobs to roam because they do not have the same freedom as a jg does. They do have to try and dominate their lane and obtain the upper hand so they may roam like a jg can and help the team. You on the other hand are free to roam and rarely do you have to dominate your jg. If no lane is under heavy pressure then your job is simplified and can simply focus dragon/baron/crab (if there's a kindred) or maybe even counter jg or focus on towers. If all lanes are failing then you need to prioritize.
Complaining always have been an easier opinion than admit the mistakes.
I once also believed that it is the laner's responsibility to ward the gank paths and avoid ganks from the enemy jungler. However, as I improved my mechanics, I realized that sometimes it is impossible as a laner to stop a competent jungler from ganking.
Since the removal of Green Wards, it is impossible to ward every possible gank path. Against decent opponents, when I suspect that the enemy jungler is close to my lane, I either have to risk being ganked or back off and lose considerable amount of farm. I understand that some lanes are just difficult to gank. Nonetheless, if the enemy is playing someone like Rek'Sai or Eve, at least be ready to counter gank.
If I am playing champions such as Fizz or Zed, it is on me to escape a gank. But if I am playing someone such as Xerath or even Viktor, there is nothing I can do if they choose to tower dive me. At best I can trade 1 for 1 unless they misplay. I know that in lower ELOs there are players who just refuse to cooperate, but I have watched too many of my ranked games end in defeat because my jungler spent the first ten minutes PvEing. Even if the jungler is playing Warwick, he can still walk into lane and scare off the enemy jungler.
So please, I know that junglers are not required to gank for anyone, but applying pressure and setting up appropriate counter ganks are essential tasks of a good jungler. Sometimes, all a laner needs is for you to be there when Eve inevitably shows up. This is a team game. Regardless of who your teammates are, try to help them rather than flame them.
Dear Top, I'm not your support.
Sincerely, the Jungler.
: Wards? What do you mean?!!
Now seriously, I love a lot to play Eve just because of her stealth.
Also, I will camp a lane as soon as my laner drops a pink ward in a gank path. 75g will make a smart jungler sit wherever you place your pink ward until the right moment.
Frankly I am the kind of top laner who prefers top to remain an isolated island. I don't want any junglers messing up the carefully achieved status quo in top. Let it be mano-a-mano.
Sadly, my opponents rarely subscribe to this mentality.
I just hate when I ping for help for all early game and then they complain if I die. Especially when I literally ask for help from the getgo if I got countered or some other occurrence like that.
Like just ONE gank could change the entire dynamics of a lane- so don't complain if I've been begging for help bc Im getting severely pushed/out farmed/camped by their jg or turret dived and finally die.
Last night I played mid against Azir- by level 3 he was half healthing me with two autos from his minions. I pinged for help all early and even told the JG I would likely need a gank or two to help me out. I got ignored all game(he ganked bot like 2 times and top once, thats it in a 40 minute game) and then got flamed for 'feeding' when I spent most of the time under turret and trying to farm. It was the JG in that case, lol.
To be fair I experience this too when Im jg- everyone blames the JG. Sometimes it really is them tho
I feel like this is relevant:
I always gank more when i'm being flamed, they say, you're gay you're a bad jungler and I say "Challenge Accepted" and come to gank the minions out of their lane, 100 percent successful gank, all the time, everytime.
i always wonder what is my jungler doing while the enemy laner is
Man you can't rely on anybody to help you while the enemy jungler doesn't stop camping my lane
I always reply "Okay, no ganks like you asked for."
Story time!
Our top "counter"-picked yasuo against irelia (lol). Kept pushing irelia under her tower (you know, to deny HER farm...). Their jungler was yi
@10 min: fed irelia and fed yi @20 min: yasuo started ffs
sometimes i REALLY hate this game...
I love when people shove me 'under' the tower. I'll just freeze the minions on my side of the lane indefinitely and leave my opponent vulnerable to ganks.

Yasuo syndrome lul
If you know someone is pushed and overextended. That sets you up to counter gank though
You can also assist them and tower dive
I'm not turret diving a 2/0 Darius. No thanks.
