In this gamemode, everyone is permanently under the effects of pre nerf exhaust which includes: -10 armor and mr -40% damage -30% attack speed -30% movespeed

They actually made a joke about that themselves when re-releasing URF either last year or the year before. They called it "NURF" New ultra rapid fire. I think it would be hillarious to watch... but not play more than 2-3 times. Blood Moon and Ascension are my favorites atm. Doom bots would be up there if it appeared more often.
