There needs to be some form of accountability for these idiotic balance changes

This is really getting out of hand. It feels like every patch contains multiple changes that are obviously bad ideas and going to push certain champions over the edge, and they still somehow go through, often to either be partially reverted or see the champions they broke being nerfed in other areas in future patches.

We shouldn't have to deal with this broken shit for weeks at a time. It's literally multiple peoples' jobs to think these changes through, which they flat out are not doing. It feels like they're just throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks.

Point in case: New Conqueror, which everyone knew was going to be broken, and was released in such a fucked up state that they almost immediately hotfixed it. How does this happen?

Do I have to go through every patch and list the stupid shit that was changed?

Most recently:

  • Conqueror is completely busted. There were multiple threads about how busted it would be if it was released like that. It was released like that and almost immediately hotfixed. Champions who can use it are still busted. i.e. Riven from 51% to 56%, Jax from 50% to 54%, Kled from 51% to 56%.
  • Rek'sai was overbuffed, having gone from 50% win rate to 56% win rate.
  • Zed changes overbuffed him, and nobody is surprised. His win rate has gone from 50% to 54%.
  • Lucian changes did absolutely nothing, as expected. His win rate has even slightly increased.

Conqueror, Zed, and Rek'sai changes shouldn't have been made, period.

I suspect Rek'sai might have inadvertently gotten changes not listed in the patch, because she's insanely broken, beyond what those changes should have done. Which is another problem, they keep 'accidentally' shipping changes, like Sivir's AS buff.

Champions jumping to 54%+ win rate with significant pick rate shows a failure at balancing. This should not happen.

Yea I don't see the reason for making CONQ viable for almost every champ in the game.

Now everyone runs CONQ + Ignite, on top of supports running Dark Harvest and blowing people up lol

And by everyone you mean who exactly? Barely anyone is using this runes that didn't used them before... hell even less people are using dark harvest, not even in ARAM where you can stack that thing like crazy people care much about them.

Agreed champions get forced into meta with insane buffs (like reksai) and champions will be left weak and underperforming for months or even years at time.
