Balancing out ADC's

I think, if the champion has no jump/dash/escape mechanic - they should have their damage ramp up by atleast 20% more damage.

Let's talk about a few champions.

Varus Varus - His Q should be buffed up at later ranks. It falls off hard, because the skill doesn't scale with attackspeed / crit, which every single ADC buys. Ex: Yasuo - Q cooldown improves with attackspeed, he also has innate armor pen.

Sivir Sivir - I feel she's one of the weakest ADC's out there, sure she can split push. . but corki with a triforce could split even better, teamfight better and has an escape. The only redeeming factor for Sivir, is that her Q is somewhat good, except then we see supports that block projectiles, supports with heals, etc etc.

Jinx Jinx - other than a super strong level 1, and a strong kill ult. I feel shes more of a champion that can ONLY snowball. So if a jinx is behind, she's worthless. Ex : vayne is behind - still has tons of damage from ult, w and levels, rather than farm and kills (this could be applied to sivir too)

Ashe Ashe - her only damaging ability is volley and her ult. I wish Ashe's Q would be buffed up. 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% slow is nothing compared to other champion slows. MF has a slow, AOE, that adds on to the DPS she can dish out.

KogMaw Kog'maw - his w is great. ult has a decent poke that gives vision but he'll die at every teamfight. His W range is good, but I think for the huge cooldown it has, the range should be increase or the damage. or make his Q give more attackspeed.

Quinn Quinn - blinding assualt should grant harrier debuff to make her more reliable her dps is about average lol

Urgot Urgot - I actually play a pretty mean urgot. if he was to be reworked I'd suggest making corrossive charge a huge "area" skill like trundle and let him launch acid hunters at targets that stay in the zone

rather than always relying on landing an E, so you land one. . but they just walk away from your max range

Champions that have no escape, but are extremely strong right now.

Twitch - insane ult damage spike Draven - critting with them Q's, pretty much a ranged gangplank MF - insane amounts of burst and dps, with a great ult

Best ADC's right now (with escapes) Trist (caitlyn with better damage and ult) Lucian (passive has no cooldown lul) Corki (armor pen and crazy burst) Vayne (tumble has no cooldown LUL)

Weak ADC's right now (with escapes) Ezreal (no aoe) weak w Caitlyn - I feel she falls off hard, because her passive takes so many hits to activate

You seem to have a lot of misconceptions about specific ADCs

Sivir isn't much of a splitpusher. Aside from her waveclear she's pretty useless in a 1v1, and whoever you have splitting needs to be able to 1v1 anyone on the enemy team or they aren't really a threat.

The whole point of being an "attack damage carry" is that you're auto attacking. Varus' Q has huge range and a ton of damage with just IE + Last Whisper. You don't really need the crit or attack speed scaling for it to be a high damage poke tool. The fact that you can hit a backline carry without extending yourself is a huge boon for Varus in fights.

Jinx is one of the highest damage carries in the game, even when underfed. She has one of the best attack speed steroids in the game, her W poke has high AD scaling and has the same range as a nidalee spear, and her ult is an execute that does missing hp damage so does lots regardless of how strong you are individually.

Ashe's issues stem from her passive. Her passive wants her to save crits, but her Q wants her to attack quickly to apply a slow. Plus she's an ad carry so she just wants to be autoing a lot. The rest of her kit is actually pretty nice and she only really suffers from being a bit immobile in a mobility meta. We're seeing more champions like Xerath do well, so maybe one day we can see champions like Ashe and Varus come back for their utility in fights, but Ashe's passive simply needs a rework for her to be considered viable.

Quinn has issues with her harrier passive not applying if she vaults at the wrong time. Q is already lots of damage and a blind, it doesn't need harrier as well. Quinn does a LOT of damage already and is just limited by a few quality of life issues and a bug with her passive.

Tumble does have a cooldown, it's just short. In later stages of the game it actually reduces your damage output if you tumble often and it should be used purely as a repositioning tool. Vayne isn't that great in the current meta due to low escape, low range, poor waveclear, and the return of high burst assassins like Zed, Fizz, and Syndra.
