but in the PBE update Fizz's base damage is getting buffed, and his ult now has larger aoe the further it goes, which means he can and probably will be played as a teamfight initiater. also with his w change where u need to wq a tsrget then aa 2 seconds later to apply the extra damage means he will need to build more tanky so he can survive the 2 seconds sticking to the target. overall it seems like he will be played as a tank for ult utility...
