Why are some champions so obviously strong, while others are obviously weak and the balancing team doesnt do ANYTHING to even the playing field?

you cant seriously tell me with a straight face a jhin will do as good as a lucian assuming both got the game skill level

There are champions that are better at a certain thing such as split-pushing than someone else might be. Every champion has a certain strength and that's what makes them unique.

Frigid Ice Storm1 votesLOL talon better laning than akali? What are you, fuckin bronze? Talon literally has no sustain while Akali does from her passive. An akali can easily beat a Talon pre 6 if she pokes correctly and uses her shroud to zone him.
Boulderox1 votesyour a talon main (by the looks of the history) and you can't realize that talon can be more aggressive in lane thanks to his E... his w waveclear is beyond superior to akali's. I am talking from an assassin standpoint, akali has a very underwhelming pre 6, where as there are more assassins that have some form of farming way that is superior to akali pre 6. Akali has a huge spike at 6 but so does most assassins, which is why i say akali is the weak runner here, and how easily raptor buff can screw over akali's stealth... by all means akali has her strenghts, but compared to a lot of assassins early, she falls flat and forced to farm passively

Isnt the point of a balance team to make sure everyone gets used as much and eliminating glaring advantages? like the guy who just said akali vs zed
