I feel guilty playing adc
I literally stood still, auto attack with half hp and 1v2'd full tank 
as

as my only lifesteal item and 
as my only defensive item.
I didn't even build any armor pen...
I feel guilty.

You didn't need armour pen. They didn't build any armour.
Also, you had a full GA when you killed them both.
The Deckowner1 votesI got the GA after I died to them, the Nautilus killed me but then he was so low and ended up dying to red buff or minion.
They both got 1 armor item and a lot of up, and I wasn't even kiting.
