Actually, it really depends on dueling strength.

Duelists that have adequate teamfighting should generally lose against those who have shit teamfighting, and scaling also matters (So, no, you should never beat Nasus 1v1 post 50 minutes, since he's arguably the strongest in a 1v1 in late-game).
