Also, if it's Wu that's giving you problems then you have options.
If he's top side then deep ward the river at the brush, not the one by your lane. That way if he's smart enough to go stealth before entering the lane brush, you will still see him coming.
If he's jungle then he NEEDS his buffs. Plan two invasions, ADC, Support, and Jungle invade his bot side buff and Top and Mid can invade his top side buff. You will likely steal one of his buffs. Then, when you know one of them is about to respawn, ward it and prepare to kill him there and take it from him.
