How to play Rek'Sai?

Honestly I've been trying to learn this champion for the longest time. I farm up in the jungle back to buy a Tiamat. I still find myself dealing no damage and no matter how tanky I build her I still get blown up so easily. Any help from Rek'Sai pros?

The thing with rek'sai is, you need to to have a good team that actually follows up on engage. I prefer to go mostly tanky with one damage item.

Don't expect to do crazy damage on her. But she is super fun to play
