When I ult and all 5 members of the enemy team are up, it only does the bonus damage to 1 person and to my current knowledge, it's random who takes the bonus damage.
Can a Rioter clarify if this is the intended reaction with Karthus's ult and the new AP item?
Lil Soybean1 votesI do believe it's intended. In my opinion, it should either spread the charges evenly among the 4 lowest enemies struck (one charge expended on each), or activate the full effect on whichever target has the lowest health when the ult hits.
EDIT: WHILE WE'RE AT IT, CAN WE PLEASE GET A FIX ON HIS PASSIVE? Where you often have a 2-3 second delay on your 2nd Q cast during passive, making you sit still while the enemy walks just out of range, and THEN allowing you to cast again? It's ridiculous.
