I'm just going to say it..

Honestly, i don't believe we need to buff bruisers, this is just going to power creep the game even further. Riot needs to nerf tanks and adc itemisation. This alone will leave bruisers in a much better place. Tanks are just insane right now, their kits are generally overloaded as hell, they do everything, they have shields, cc, gap closers, and on top of it all, they deal a lot of damage, tanks need to tank and use their utility, not be a better version of bruisers, 100-0ing people with ease... Buffing bruisers to be on the same level as tanks is NOT the answer.

Furthermore, the best scaling late game class should NOT have the cheapest itemisation. I don't know how Riot has allowed this to continue, adc's have been dominant for far too long, and almost single handedly decide games.. Not to mention they have a second class who's job is to funnel gold into them, and protect/peel for them. Considering this, they should not also have the cheapest itemisation.

Now do bruisers need their own keystone ? possibly.. i personally think PTA is a good keystone for most bruisers, if only it wasn't outclassed by tank keystones, but who knows.. Maybe they do need a keystone.

However, power creeping the class is not the answer. Bruisers will be a nightmare if they're power creeped. Champs like Jax, Kled, Camille etc already become unstoppable if they can manage to get ahead. The problem is tanks don't allow bruisers to get ahead, and by the time they have an item or two, adc's have hit their 3 item powerspike.
