Are they EVER going to fix Lee Sin's Self+Quick Cast W?

Honestly he needs nerfed. I don't care how much skill it takes tobe good with him, if you can be good you carry early game easy. And that was lee's weakness falling off late game. Only.... Hey anyone seen a fucking lategame since these runes came out? K just thought I'd ask. Now we got a champion who was designed to fall off that doesnt. Funny its not just him either, just wait little brother theres more... This is gonna be the early game champ Season mark my words. Late gamers won't make the cut because they take to long to spike. Ezreal only in the mix because His Q has been bugged forever and no one fixes it. Its just become called an ability and AA. Which it clearly isnt. I have a feeling they'll be remaking his so called Q sometime soon. To where it only Proc's certin on hit stuff. That or make it so when you try to take Kle you get another Keystone lol. They already done that with some runes like mana flow band on shyvanna because it would be useless. From Pro's to the lowest bronze, and on youtube they all bitching about Ezreal and Kle, Gangplank to but GP can't carry like EZ. esp a good one.
