Can we get some improvements in Ranked Team Managment? (suggestion)

Hello! I like to play in teams, and I was captain of like 5 or 6 ranked teams (3v3 and 5v5), and i really like this - sometimes I think I love to organize people more than to play with them (he-he-he). Most horrible part is gathering all people in game together in same time. I have to get their skypes and emails, and spam like crazy to be sure they will come.

Can we get some game improvements to make this part more comfortable? Pls add some submenus in Ranked team menu, like: schedule (it's vital!) - captain writes "today we'll have a game in time ZZ:XX" and players sign in if this time ok for them, and players' editable stats (player can edit info about himself + captain can edit it too) - this will let captain to know what roles his team has + what champions each players prefer, so captain will be able to plan tactics.

Plus if player signed in schedule this will be nice if player will get notification about today team games when he'll appears in LoL. Many MMORPG have this guild system - this helps them to organize raids etc.

Some games even have official soft for smartphones, so guilds can plan different things offline - I'm not asking for this too, but this could be great. And btw you made such things for university guilds in some countries. ** This will make captain's life SO much easier. **
