Quit complaining about EVERY change before seeing results and attempt to grasp the big picture.
You wanted Crit ADCs to stop being overbearing in lane and scale like the old days, and so they did it.
People complained about Duskblade for ages (rightfully so), and it finally got shafted in the way it needed. Yes, Assassins were compensated, but this is a class that is RELIANT on being able to secure kills to thrive at ALL. This isn't to say once other aspects are toned down that Assassins won't be as well.
Shields+Heals+Ranged Sustain in general was whined about, and it's being taken care of bit by bit (Fleet Footwork, Enchanter nerfs). Waiting for this dust to settle BEFORE tackling Assassin's stats/items is smart balancing; it's seeing incremental changes before making more so AS TO NOT further disrupt the game's balance or disturb anyone upset with Riot's balance approach lately.
On that note, this isn't to defend Riot (because the Balance Team has made some bad decisions amidst the things they do right), such as mid-season scale changes throughout the WHOLE season. But my point is that they are arguably trying to carefully slow League back down without outright gutting classes that are reliant on securing kill gold to function throughout the game.
- TL;DR: Incremental changes are being made to slow game-pacing and tackle issues players have complained about on the boards for the last 1-2 Seasons, but doing every change at once would be a balance nightmare equivalent to the start of / introduction to Runes Reforged and would only cause players to further be upset.
