why not list actual delay (in milliseconds) between auto attack in stats

Or list both, how much attack speed bonus you have and how this translate as far as milliseconds is concerned. So say I have 1.25 AS ratio. It would list 1.25 and next to it in parenthese (.70sec). Or maybe if you hover over with your mouse on the stat there could be a legend that shows 3 or so amounts. At 0.70 (secs) / 1.00 (secs) and 1.3(sec) to give people an idea of where theirs is at.

Also curious can you increase attackspeed in between autos before you began animation. with say shield with Or slow it mid auto with malphite slow? Or does it measure from when your last auto finished. Is it constantly updated so long as you havent started firing?
