Can we do something about Poppy's burst?

So I know Poppy isn't that strong right now, and isn't even picked that often right now, but her burst when ahead is so strong compared to other tanks. Like compare her burst to Maokai, Nautilus, Amumu, or even Sion and she's miles ahead. She is just literally unkillable while stunning you to the wall and killing you without you being able to do anything. You literally can't fight her in the jungle cuz there are walls everywhere. Can we just like buff her in other areas like durability or cc, so we can nerf her damage. Tanks really shouldn't be able to one shot carries, let alone burst them down.
