Laners stop taking my scuttle, buffs and camps.
You literally come to buffs because you "demand" it and try to burst it down when you're 0/3 and will feed the buff anyways (I'm looking at you, you mid lane degenerates)
Junglers need to stop farming in order to give you that help. Call it a tax for getting you caught up in lane.
I always do that while recalling for maximum unexpected tilt. [sg-jinx]

So taking blue raptors and shuttle acting like u own these 3 jungle camp and yet u complain about a jungler taking Canon with smite? Every game asa. Jungle main i spam ping my mid lane to stop taking my fucking raptors and skutrle they don't listen what's even more annoying is they always leave 1-2 small minion because their aoe spells don't hit them and they don't wanna waste time congratulations u took ur jungler xp income and put him even behind by forcing him to take out the 2 small raptors delaying camp spawn time to take it again next time and skutrle. Why do people not realize how much more xp Skittle gives to jungler? Skuttle is greater on jungler then laners unless u have low hp and u need to heal it back up STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY SKUTTLE
I like when they help you secure the kill, then leave when you're on top of the enemy turret. Like wtf turn that ass round, and help me chisel this shit down!

Nope, his goal is to win the game. If your odds of victory are greater if he is fed rather than if you are fed he's totaly right to take your canon minion. If he's going to make a better use than you of this gold, he's right to take it.
What bothers me the most is when I'm an ADC. I'm trying to stay even with my lane opponent and our JG comes in, and gets a kill with no assist for me so no gold income for me. And smites my cannon and then kills the caster minions.
I have a horrible early game as an ADC, I play for late and setting me that far behind... just no.
If a laner takes my scuttlecrab I'm taxing 3 waves of farm and then inting their lane opponent.

ive had junglers literally wipe my lane out from under me as im standing there with level 3 relic shield trying to execute minions for health sustain.
the best of both worlds.
so now i dont play relic shield supports. pyke is fun, but i dont play him because he needs relic shield.
i've had mid laners wipe raptors out from underneath me with 1 ability
bottoms idle nearby and last hit skuttle, red buff, blue buff, gromp, you name it theyve done it.
one tried to take krugs, but because of the weird delay when they shatter i managed to get some of the gold.
and oh em gee is it annoying asking for help with drake or a drake contest and everyone ignores you. same with baron and herald. ESPECIALLY HERALD IN FACT. because you can literally kill herald in 10 seconds if you have 2 people there to poke heralds eye. and everyone is like... nope. gonna miss these last hits on this wave take your honey fruit because lul and sit in this bush while i wait on my lane partner to get back and throw down.

and so there i am walking around in circles trying to poke heralds eye hoping that heralds dumb slash move doesnt cause me to miss watching one lane feed while the other lane loses turret and scared to death that mid is going to roam top to aid in skuttle secure... it's stressful kay?
but even still i dont smite cannon minions unless someone is missing from their lane. when someone is missing from their lane i'll wreck a minion like a right turn in nascar, but otherwise i save my smite for hp purposes.
Usually jungle mains think they are entitled to the laners farm just by existing, even if he never actually ganked your lane, just came to take the minion, he still thinks he's right.

Am I allowed to do that after successful gank with you getting the kill? I mean, taxing is still a thing so kinda nothing wrong with that except wasting a whole smite charge.
Sometimes when I'm spam pinging my lane for help in an early duel at scuttle and they ignore me (despite being in a position to where they could help), I'll run through their lane and take cannon and soak experience just as a "fuck you" to that lane.
I'll only do it once though, after that we even.
That said, I really only cuck my laners intentionally without them realizing it when their wave is pushed in to tower. I'll usually take Raptors with my back to the wall so I can soak the XP from that wave. I dont think anyone in Gold even realizes I'm doing it though.
I hate when I set my laners up for easy last hits by getting them all low, and they miss them all...

The point of the jungler is not to get the laners ahead, though. I don't know where you got this idea from. Also, if you don't want your jungler to take your cannon minion, then you don't take their blue buff either.
