How to fix Team Builder queue times: IP Boost for missing roles

Team Builder shows which lanes and roles are more needed so you know if you are going to wait less or more. Ok that's good. But probably not enough to encourage people to play those roles. Lack of junglers and support? Add an IP boost for those who play them in that moment. Probably that way we won't have to wait 20 minutes or more to build a team.
