Make his passive this:

> Instead of Wards, Skarner places down Crystals. These Crystals are like normal Wards, but give Skarner a boost of Attack Speed, Movement Speed, and True Sight if he comes close to them.

There. That's what you do to make Skarner a good champion. Fuck your diversity that gives the enemy team vision.
