Certainly possibly, but when you make a brain-dead post like this without an explanation...

It's not as bad as you say it is. The other JG item isolated AP jungles and it was bland. With Runic Echos is gives AP jungles that can all benefit from it. Maybe they need to fix the movement speed bonus a little, but not outright strip it. I mean AD junglers and tanks junglers get added bonuses to theirs. That is just the benefit of playing an AP jungle. Play your lane a little safer and ward. Don't blame the player playing the AP jungle if you cannot play against it.
