Twitch

Maybe I'm just some stupid player but I really cannot fathom how Twitch is remotely on par with anyone.

Twitch has at best a 25% slow with no damage and an ult with at best 100 CD by default. 70% AS buff for 5 seconds but only if he is invis after waiting 1.5 seconds.

Oh and at max stacks He'll do around 300ish damage with E.

Just throwing out other champions:

Lux: Slow, Stun, and 500 base damage ult. Oh and her ult has a 50 sec cooldown.

Jinx: 130% AS, 175 attack range, slow, snare, 450 + 35% missing health. 60 sec cooldown on ult.

Riot, buddy ol' pal, why not just give Twitch a stun and drop his invisibility? It seems to me that if Twitch had a stun/snare he'd be way more powerful.

Or you could stop considering the fact that invisibility which is countered by wards, lenses, and oracles is so powerful as to justify his pitiful damage, ult CD time, and everything else about Twitch.

He wouldn't even be so bad if you just gave his ultimate a 60 second cooldown and buffed the piss out of his AS especially since you give him zero scaling whatsoever. Oh his E has scaling? Didn't notice.
