Victorious skins should only be given to Platinum+ only players

Personally i think the opposite, the victorious skin should be awarded for getting a volume of wins not for how high you place.

S- - -, back in my days of ranked (cause I don't play that s- - - anymore) getting an increase at all was an accomplishment with the vast amount of trolls roaming the rift. Not sure if demotions for losing a match are still in effect since I don't play ranked any more, but back in my days of ranked a few years ago, I went from a Silver1 to a Bronze5...... (Yes silver aint great but you get the point)

Now I'm not saying this was JUST trolls, because I understand there were games where I just made several bad calls, and I understand that, but there were also plenty of games where duo queue players would troll the rest of the team, via intentionaly feeding or sitting at spawn mouthing off all game, making many 3v5 games...

Don't seriously sit there and try telling people reaching Gold is not an accomplishment, cause some people might actually view it as one. There are things called "opinions" and while you're more than welcome to state YOURS, don't try putting it off as a solid fact....
