Seeing Youmuus Cleaver being considered not a troll pick has made me realize something
This build offers 30% CDR, a couple hundred hp and decent movespeed, but the main selling point is the ungodly shredding.
Why is this even a big deal?
Right now the meta consists of either assassins or tanks with cc and base damage to safely dive on you and ruin your day. This build literally says "go to hell, and stay there"
As much as I utterly despise Lucian with an undying passion, he is one of the few adcs who can survive this horrible meta with his kit, and can thrive with this build.
This new fad is a symptom of the meta.
