Small Sunfire Cape tweak

Can we get a toggle option on Sunfire Cape? Sunfire Cape makes getting those last few hits on a turret impossible without grabbing aggro. Also makes clearing wards from Dragon or Baron pit impossible without taking a bunch of damage.
