Any plans to compensate mages who scale directly off of mana?

Has Riot released any information about this? I don't see any on the PBE.

For instance, Viktor's Q shield scales off max mana. The mana changes will be a pretty large (and, I think, unintended) nerf to his Q. Is Riot planning to offset this in any way?

There are probably other mages with mana scaling somewhere on their kits, though I can't think of any off the top of my head.

EDIT: because a lot of people seem confused about what I'm saying: Viktor's Q shield directly scales off max mana instead of off his AP. I'm not asking for him to be compensated for the mana nerfs in general. I'm asking for the unintended numerical nerf to his Q to be offset with per-level scaling or something.

Every mage in the game is getting base mana level 1 buffs, but mana per level is getting lowered to compensate for the loss of mana and mana regen from Doran's Ring. The result is that early game, mages will have a much larger starting mana pool, but late game it'll be smaller to stop them from just infinitely stalling out games with their waveclear.

I think only viktor and ryze scales with mana and ryze just get rework so only viktor is fucked with those changes
