he just has a high skill curve. just play him a lot and you'll get the hang of how amazing he is.

Have you tried Bruiser Ekko? Since he has really high base damages and decent AP Ratios, you just have to build a little bit of AP then build some offensive Tank items like Deadman's Plate, Sunfire, and/or Iceborn. Then you become a pretty good team fighter that also deals decent damage.

Tank Ekko is the absolute best Ekko you can be. Trust me. Ekko is my favorite champion in the game.

item 3742 item 3143 item 3065 item 1402 item 3157 item 3006 is my favorite build. Maybe swap out spirit visage for item 3102 and it's just amazing. Trust me, it's better than full AP Ekko any day.

The reason tank Ekko is better is because you can use the W more effectively. Full AP Ekko will get dropped and 1 shotted if he tried to W with the stun and go in hard for the stun. Tank Ekko will take so much damage and still live while stunning the entire team. His damage is still pretty good, you can deal with squishies and get to the back line quickly with your dash which forces the whole other team to focus you. Again you can now survive and use the stun, or bait them to focus you and survive by just ulting back 4 seconds ago. So go in have your team waste resources then ult back out.

Tank ekko is really good.
