Seriously, unlike games in ranked. There's absolutely nothing at stake in normals. It's where people can play the champs they want how they want. I've seen ashe mid, blitzcrank top, and teemo go support.
More importantly, one missing player that not guarantee a loss. There's now more cs to go around making 4 players just as strong as 5.
